Group for Therapists in Recovery
Mondays at noon EST — co-led by two compassionate, skilled therapists.
Holding space for therapists: do you find yourself exhausted or overwhelmed, carrying the weight of being a therapist, a person in recovery, a partner, a parent, an adult child, a friend — while making sure everyone else is taken care of first?
This group offers a safe place, one hour each week, to find relief and support through:
- Support instead of judgment
- Understanding from facilitators and peers who get the pressure
- Better ways to take care of yourself, and the boundaries to make space for it
- A place to share, let your hair down, and be yourself
- Mindfulness, brief reflections, and journaling
- A safe space to reduce burnout and overwhelm
